Amazing service!! I called Nadia to arrange a bouquet of flowers for my aunt for mother's day after reading such wonderful reviews. I called in advance since mother's day is a busy time and Nadia was more than accommodating. She listened to what I wanted patiently and attentively and assured me that she would create a beautiful bouquet.
I messaged her a day before mother's day to make sure everything was on schedule. She was very responsive even though she had over 100 deliveries the next day. The delivery was on time and the bouquet was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! My aunt was so touched.

Amazing and efficient to work with! I found out a friend had suffered a loss on Sunday and made an order for a live plant that night to be delivered the next day. That morning, she called me and let me know that the flowers I'd picked weren't available because they didn't look good, which I really appreciated. I didn't know what to pick after that, so she made some suggestions, and then I left it in her capable hands. My friend received the flowers a few hours later and said they were gorgeous and she loved them. I still need to find a way to pay for that quality difference, but I am so thankful for their extra time and energy and attention to detail! I just can't be thankful enough.

I called to get flowers sent to my grandma who was in the hospital. I was very emotional about it while talking to the employee and I don't know if it was the owner I spoke to or not but whomever it was said just the right things. She was incredibly friendly, genuine and sympathetic. I was in California so I was trusting her to make my grandma a beautiful arrangement. The employee went above and beyond when my grandma got out of the hospital the next morning and the order had to be redirected. I let all my Bellingham/Ferndale friends and family know to use this florist. Customer service is sometimes hard to come by and this was one of the best service I've received. The flowers and the service provided were both amazing! They kept checking with the hospital to see when the person was being transferred from the ICU so they could deliver the flowers. My aunt absolutely loved the flowers. Thank you so much!!

THEY ARE ON POINT!!! Every time I order flowers for my mom she calls me and is so excited about what she gets. Its funny because I know nothing about flowers and get all the credit for the shop's good choices. I'm sure if you know what you want, they have it though!
The lady who helped me over the phone was so great! I think she may have been the owner but I'm not sure. I think I'm lucky to have stumbled upon this business. Its not often that you find good prices and service like this. I've never been so pleased ordering gifts for my mom.
